Groups are standing in front of the state Capitol. There are still a lot more press here than gun-rights activists:

A police officer just stopped a few Proud Boys from walking through the Black Panthers/Fred Hampton members. “Ya’ll be safe tonight,” one of the PB said as they walked by.

After being asked if they will shoot cops to prevent an arrest: “Every time my boys come to this stuff, they come with the understanding that they could be arrested and they come with the understanding that they refuse to be arrested. I hope that paints a picture for you.”

A Boogaloo boy says they’ve got a gift (“a little statement”) for the governor that should be arriving soon. We haven’t been told what this is yet. “It’s gonna make a nice statement,” he says, adding that they received this anonymously:

There are various different groups out here — including Proud Boys and Boogaloo boys. Some of the groups don’t seem to like the others

Current scene at BLM Plaza in DC: Police are holding multiple lines and preventing any opposing groups from clashing. It’s about 11:30pm and although the scene is tense, it’s evident people are tiring and the groups are getting smaller.

Proud Boys and a few Trump supporters are marching around the perimeter of BLM Plaza, looking for a way in. Some are clearly angry at police for blocking the area off. You can see one person harassing officers over the blockade:

Both sides are doing a bit of antagonizing .... gesturing at each other to fight, but they’re separated by both a barrier and police
