Worst Depth For Any Reef - Uluwatu

Walking over sharp reef is literally a pain, but the worst possible water level for getting across a chunk of reef to the lineup is ankle deep. It's too shallow to paddle over and the layer of water can make it difficult to see where you're stepping. If it's completely dry you can at least avoid the sharpest parts, but when it's ankle deep you're often taking steps blindly.
