Take-Off At Walking Pace - Uluwatu, 23 October 2020

You can add the 23rd of October to an already lengthy list of pumping days at Uluwatu this year. Main Peak had some great waves, but the Racetrack was on another level. The best ones had a ridiculously easy, walking pace take off before rifling down the line into a gaping tube section. With the SE trades still blowing but losing a bit of momentum, the conditions were super smooth for most of the day. This time of the year is great as long as the swell turns up - which is exactly what it's been doing - and with the promise of a solid jump in size in a few days, we're could be in for even better waves.
