10 Minute Easy Back Stretches
Many of you have been requesting stretches for your back. Here are a multitude of different stretches to target the lumbar, and thoracic spine :). Be very careful when stretching your back, remember you are doing this at your own risk. And always listen to your body even over my advice! Be sure to always keep your car engaged and draw the ribs and naval in towards the spine every time you stretch your back.
