Yoga Exercises with Deep Splits and Revolved Sundial Poses
In this video, I will begin by doing a variation of the "revolved sundial" pose while lying on my back. This will stretch out your legs. From there, I will do a "reclining bound angle" pose. This will work out your inner thighs. Then, I will transition into a "revolved sundial" pose again. Then from there, I will do an "extended puppy" pose. This will stretch your back. The next exercise, I will do a "seated straddle" pose. I will lean forward while in this pose. It will stretch your back and legs. The last part of the exercise routine, I will do a "thread the needle" pose. This will stretch out your shoulders and back.
