Full Body Tone | 20 Minute Toning Yoga Flow
Sculpt and tone your entire body with this 20 minute vinyasa flow. After warming up the body with sun salutations, we tone the body with lunges and crunches, testing balance and mobility with warrior 3 and one-legged chair, then working on the core with boat pose, bridge and locust, before cooling down in forward folds and twists, ending in savasana. Use this video to strengthen and sculpt your body, to feel energised and invigorate your mind.
