Carnival in Ipanema: Joy takes over the beach! The party atmosphere of Rio de Janeiro's carnival! The Simpatia Quasi Amor carnival group drew a crowd along the Ipanema waterfront, in a true sea of colors and joy. The gathering began at Praça General Osório, where revelers of all ages gathered to celebrate carnival.
