Thigh & Booty Workout Lying Down | Knee Friendly | Floor Exercises Only | 10 min
This workout is perfect if you don’t like squats or lunges and if you love working out lying down (like me :D)
This is a 10 min knee friendly workout to grow your booty and sculpt your thighs!
All of the exercises are performed laying on the floor - but they will make your booty burn! Focus on your mind to muscle connection and really squeeze your butt! These exercises will help to grow and shape your glutes. The final exercises will also help to tone your inner and outer thighs.
This routine is beginner/intermediate level - if you're getting too tired, take all the breaks you need :)
And if you want to make it more challenging, you can use ankle weights!
