Cat Pose is my absolute favorite in yoga! It's like a soothing dance for my spine, gently stretching and strengthening it while releasing any tension built up in my back muscles. Flowing through the graceful movements of arching and rounding feels like a therapeutic massage, leaving me feeling rejuvenated and centered. Plus, the mindfulness it brings helps me connect deeply with my breath and find inner peace on the mat. It's definitely a pose I always look forward to in my practice.
