Sebastian join's me for a fun low impact workout in the pool.
Exercising in the water decreases the impact on your joints, so when you swim or exercise in the water, you have a lower risk of injury. It also helps the body cool off faster and reduces the risk of overheating.
I actually used to teach aqua fitness classes. I would crank up the music and we always had a lot of fun while getting wet. Sometimes I made up dance routines and everyone always loved to work out in the water while having fun and splashing in the water.
